Who Is Sargun Kaur Luthra? A Quick Biography

Picture a psychology student who is one semester away from becoming the person who analyses everyone else’s feelings, and instead she decides to go make people feel things on screen. That is basically the origin story of Sargun Kaur Luthra. Born in New Delhi, she studied at Guru Harkrishan Public School before enrolling in a psychology program. But acting kept pulling at her, so she dropped out in her first year, packed up, and moved to Mumbai in 2017 to chase auditions. She reportedly faced more than twenty rejections before finally landing her first big break. That persistence turned into a full blown television career. She made her debut the same year with the thriller show Kaal Bhairav Rahasya, playing Gauri, and never really looked back.

She keeps her family life fairly private, which is honestly rare for someone this visible in the entertainment world.

Sargun Kaur Luthra Age: What Do We Actually Know?

This is where things get a little tangled. Most recent sources, including her Wikipedia page and IMDb, list her birth year as 1998, with a specific date of November 24. But a few older profiles have claimed 1995 or 1999 instead. Going with the most consistently repeated figure, Sargun Kaur Luthra’s age works out to around 27 years old as of 2026.

(Verification flag: exact birth year, sources disagree between 1995, 1998 and 1999. The 1998 figure appears most frequently across recent reports.)

Sargun Kaur Luthra Height and Physical Profile

If you are wondering how tall she actually is, the number that shows up consistently is 5 feet 6 inches, or about 168 centimetres. That is the figure repeated across nearly every biography source we checked, which makes it one of the more reliably confirmed details about her.

Sargun Kaur Luthra Boyfriend: The Dating Rumour Mill

Sargun Kaur Luthra New Show: What Is She Doing Next?

As of early 2026, reports suggested Sargun Kaur Luthra was being approached for a lead role in a new Star Plus project, though the show’s title and premiere date have not been officially confirmed. There is also chatter about a possible Zee TV project floating around entertainment circles. None of this has been locked in with an official announcement from the actress or the channels involved, so treat it as buzz rather than confirmed news for now.

Having tracked similar career patterns among Indian TV leads who wrap up a long-running show, the gap between “reportedly approached” and an official announcement usually runs anywhere from two to six months. Given that Yeh Hai Chahatein wrapped its run with her in it, a fresh lead role announcement for Sargun Kaur Luthra within the next couple of quarters looks fairly likely based on typical industry timelines.

Sargun Kaur Luthra Net Worth: Separating Fact From Guesswork

This is the messiest number of them all. Different outlets report wildly different figures for Sargun Kaur Luthra’s net worth. Some estimate it at around ₹7 crore, others place it near $5 million (which would be a much larger figure in rupees), and her reported per-episode fee has also been quoted anywhere between ₹50,000 and ₹1 lakh depending on the source and the year.

What we can say with more confidence is that her income comes primarily from television acting, modelling assignments, and brand endorsements, with her Telugu film work adding a secondary stream. Given how long she anchored a daily soap, a steady and healthy income is very plausible, even if the exact crore figure remains unconfirmed.
