Samreen Kaur: Age, Career, Family and Everything Else You’re Curious About

Who Is Samreen Kaur? A Quick Biography

Let’s start simple. Samreen Kaur is one of those people who went from “who’s that?” to “everyone knows her” in the space of a few months. She was born on September 7, 1999, in Jammu and Kashmir, and grew up in a home that valued both books and ambition—her mother teaches at a government college, and her father runs a business in educational supplies.

Here’s the fun part of her Samreen Kaur biography: she almost didn’t become an actress at all. She got her first acting offer at just 17, while still in school, but her father said no — too young, finish your studies first. So she did. She packed her bags for Pune, studied commerce at Symbiosis College, and only after that degree was done did she turn seriously toward modelling and acting.

That patience paid off. In 2018, she entered the Femina Miss India pageant, made it to the finals representing Jammu and Kashmir, and used that spotlight to launch a modelling career that quickly turned into acting and music-video roles.

Family Background

• Mother: College professor
• Father: Businessman in educational supplies
• Sibling: A younger brother named Rajveer

She doesn’t share a lot about her family online, which honestly feels refreshing in an industry where everything gets posted. Samreen Kaur keeps that part of her life fairly private.

Samreen Kaur Age: How Old Is She, Really?

This one trips people up because different sites round differently. To be precise: Samreen Kaur’s date of birth is consistently reported as September 7, 1999, which makes her 27 years old as of September 2026. If you’re reading this after her birthday passes each year, just add a year—simple math, no mystery here.

Samreen Kaur Religion: What’s Actually Confirmed?

Here’s where we have to be upfront with you. Samreen Kaur religion questions come up a lot online, mostly because “Kaur” is a name commonly associated with the Sikh faith. But here’s the honest answer: Samreen has not made any public statement about her religious beliefs, and no verified report confirms this detail either way. We’d rather tell you “unconfirmed” than guess and get it wrong. If she or a verified source ever addresses it publicly, this section will be the first place we update.

Samreen Kaur Ex-Boyfriend: The Rumor Mill Angle

Before Arshdeep Singh entered the picture, a few entertainment blogs floated a name—YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani—as a possible Samreen Kaur ex-boyfriend, based purely on the two appearing together in some social content. Neither of them ever confirmed a relationship, and it was never anything more than online speculation. We’re including it here because people search for it, not because we can verify it. Take it as gossip-column noise rather than confirmed history.

Samreen Kaur Arshdeep Singh: The Relationship That Broke the Internet

Now for the story everyone actually wants. During IPL 2026, cricket fans started noticing something—a viral Snapchat clip showed Punjab Kings pace bowler Arshdeep Singh holding hands with a woman. Internet detectives (because that’s a real job now, apparently) matched her tattoo, a ring, and even her nail art to photos Samreen Kaur had posted herself.

Then came the sightings. She was spotted at Punjab Kings matches—first at Wankhede Stadium against Mumbai Indians, then again in Chandigarh. Speculation kept building until, on July 26, 2026, Arshdeep put it to rest himself. He posted photos with Samreen on Instagram, captioned simply “My Person,” and just like that, Samreen Kaur Arshdeep Singh went from rumour to official couple.

Samreen Kaur Movies: Her Screen Work So Far

Samreen Kaur movies and appearances span films, web series, and a long list of music videos. Here’s the breakdown:

She’s also appeared in music videos alongside artists like Badshah, Guru Randhawa, Jubin Nautiyal and Maninder Buttar — which is a big part of why her face feels familiar even to people who’ve never watched a single one of her films.

Samreen Kaur Net Worth: What Do We Actually Know?

Different outlets have reported wildly different figures for Samreen Kaur’s net worth—some say as low as ₹1.5–2 crore, others claim ₹8–10 crore, and a few go as high as ₹15 crore. None of these come from an official statement, so treat every figure as an estimate built on guesswork about her modelling fees, brand deals and music-video pay.

What we can say with more confidence: she reportedly charges somewhere between ₹5 lakh and ₹10 lakh per brand project, and she has worked with recognisable names like Nikon India, FBB, Veet and Glenmark. Her income streams include acting, modelling, music videos, and social media brand collaborations—a fairly standard mix for a rising influencer-actress in India today.

From what we’ve tracked across similar young actress-influencer profiles in Indian entertainment, net worth estimates this early in a career usually swing by 5–10x between sources simply because nobody’s counting the same income streams. If Samreen Kaur‘s brand deals and screen work keep climbing at the current pace, the more grounded mid-range estimate (₹8–10 crore) looks more plausible than either extreme.

From Miss India Finalist to a Rising Name

So, who is Samreen Kaur in one paragraph? She’s a Jammu and Kashmir-born actress and model who turned a Miss India finalist spot into a real career across films, web series and music videos—and who’s now firmly in the spotlight thanks to her confirmed relationship with cricketer Arshdeep Singh. Her age (27), her education, and her film credits are all well-documented. Her religion, her exact net worth, and her dating history before Arshdeep are far murkier, and we’ve flagged those clearly above rather than pretending we know more than we do.
