Everything About Somya Daundkar — Age, Family & Money

Quick Stats

Alright, let’s get into the story—because there’s a fun one here, and a fair bit of internet exaggeration to clear up too.

Bio Of Somya Daundkar — Who Is She?

Here’s the bio of Somya Daundkar in a nutshell: she’s one of those creators who caught the TikTok wave at exactly the right time. Before the app got banned in India in 2020, she had racked up over 11 million followers with sharp choreography and lip-sync videos that felt effortless, even though she’s admitted to doing up to 100 retakes for a single clip. That’s dedication, not luck.

She also tried her hand at reality TV, competing on “Dance Plus 3”, though she didn’t make the finals. Rather than fading out, she pivoted hard into Instagram Reels and launched a YouTube channel called “Somya Pikaa,” which has since crossed 700K subscribers for vlogs, dance tutorials, and challenges.

Somya Daundkar Age — How Old Is She?

Multiple bio sources agree on this one: Somya Daundkar’s age works out to 23 years old in 2026, based on a reported birth year of 2002. That’s a rare case of consensus in an industry where numbers usually get inflated or guessed at.

Verification note: While this age is repeated consistently, it still hasn’t come from an official document or a direct quote from Somya herself, so treat it as reliable-but-unofficial.

Somya Daundkar Birthday — When Was She Born?

The Somya Daundkar birthday that shows up everywhere is October 12, 2002, placing her under the Libra zodiac sign. She was born and raised in Pune, Maharashtra, before later splitting her time between Pune and Mumbai for work.

Somya Daundkar Height—What’s Her Actual Height?

Bio-tracking sites peg her height at around 5’5″, with an estimated weight of 55 kg. This number shows up repeatedly across multiple sources, so it’s reasonably consistent, though it’s still worth flagging as fan-and-blog-sourced rather than officially confirmed by her team.

Somya Daundkar: Father and Family Background

This is where the internet gets a little messy. Some sources name her father as Abba Daundkar, describing him as a businessman, with her mother, Hemlata Daundkar, working as a doctor. Other, older sources claim there’s simply no public information about her parents at all.

That’s a real contradiction, and it’s worth being upfront about it rather than picking whichever version sounds better. What is consistent across sources is that she has a sister, Doll Daundkar, who’s also a social media influencer, and possibly a brother named Aryan. Somya has talked about her family’s support in interviews, especially around her sister’s wedding, but she’s kept exact personal details close to the chest.

Somya Daundkar Net Worth — How Much Is She Actually Worth?

Here’s the part where estimates go all over the map. Depending on which source you check, Somya Daundkar’s net worth has been reported as:

That’s a massive spread, and it tells you something important: nobody actually has her real financial numbers. These figures are guesses based on follower count and typical influencer-industry rates, not audited income statements. Her income likely comes from Instagram brand deals, YouTube ad revenue, music video appearances, and past TikTok-era sponsorships, but the exact figure remains genuinely unconfirmed.

Reading Between the Net Worth Numbers

From an industry-pattern standpoint, wildly different net worth estimates like this usually mean one thing: none of the sources have primary financial data, and they’re all working off the same rough follower-to-earnings formula that gets recycled across bio sites. If you ever need a number for a serious purpose, this is exactly the kind of stat that needs a fresh, verified source rather than a repeated blog figure.

Somya Daundkar’s Career Timeline

Going from a banned app to building a whole new platform presence isn’t easy, but she clearly used the momentum well instead of losing it entirely.

Somya Daundkar vs Other TikTok-to-Instagram Creators

This combination of dance skill, TV exposure, and a genuine pivot to long-form YouTube content is what separates her from creators who simply vanished after the 2020 ban.

The Story So Far

So here’s the wrap-up: Somya Daundkar built her name as TikTok’s “Pikachu Girl” through addictive dance videos, survived the 2020 ban by pivoting smartly to Instagram and YouTube, and picked up extra visibility through “Dance Plus 3” and a few music videos along the way. Her reported age is 23, her birthday is October 12, and while details about her father and her exact net worth vary a lot depending on the source, her career trajectory itself is well-documented and genuinely impressive for someone still building her twenties.
