Kushal Tanwar Age: The Full Story
Let’s do the math in a calm, grown-up way.
Reports say Gullu was born in 1999 in Gurugram, Haryana. A Sunday Guardian profile written around the Splitsvilla finale in May 2026 put his age at 26. A later September 2026 report said he is 27 as of September 2026.
Both can be true. If he was born in 1999 and his birthday falls between late May and September, he would have been 26 in May and 27 by September.
| If his birthday is… | His age on October 2, 2026 |
|---|---|
| Between January 1 and October 2 | 27 |
| Between October 3 and December 31 | 26 |
Reports from May and September point to 27 today, but only Gullu or an official source can settle it. Kushal Tanwar Age stays a “26 or 27” answer until then.
Kushal Tanwar Date Of Birth: What We Know and Don’t
Fans search for Kushal Tanwar Date Of Birth more than almost anything else. The honest answer: the day and month haven’t been published by any reliable, official source I could find.
Many celebrity profile sites love to put a confident date on a person’s page. Be careful with those. A confident date with no source is just a guess in a nice outfit.
What we can say with reasonable confidence:
- The birth year is 1999, as reported by several outlets.
- The birthplace is Gurugram.
- No official birthday post or interview with a full date turned up in my checks.
Who Is Kushal Tanwar AKA Gullu?
Kushal Tanwar AKA Gullu is a reality TV winner and content creator from Gurugram who became famous through MTV shows.
Now the fun part. The nickname “Gullu” stuck so hard that many fans don’t know the real name. He’s also called “Gullu Boxer,” a tag that matches his fitness-first, tough-guy image.
His path before fame was far from glamorous. According to one profile, he worked as a freelance event manager in Jaipur from October 2019 until June 2022. He also co-founded a café in Gurugram in June 2020, which shut down by November the same year. In 2024 he started a YouTube channel under his own name.
Kushal Tanwar Is From Which State?
When people ask Kushal Tanwar Is From Which State, the answer is simple Haryana. His hometown is Gurugram in Haryana, and reports consistently say he was born and raised there.
His education may have taken him elsewhere: one profile lists a hotel management degree at IHMCT in Pune. His early work also took him to Jaipur in Rajasthan. But his roots, his accent and his identity stay tied to Haryana, and he proudly wears that on screen.
Kushal Tanwar Which Caste?
This question pops up a lot, so here’s a calm, fact-only answer.
Profile sites list his community as Gurjar, often spelled Gujjar, and one report also notes he grew up in a Gujjar family. His religion is listed as Hinduism.
A fair note: Kushal Tanwar Which Caste is a personal detail. Gullu hasn’t made it the centre of his public image, and it doesn’t change his talent, his wins or his story.
Kushal Tanwar Height
Gullu is listed at roughly 5 feet 10 inches (about 178 cm). Profile pages show around 5’10” (178 cm).
Here’s how that stacks up in everyday terms:
| Measure | Value |
|---|---|
| Feet and inches | About 5’10” |
| Centimetres | About 178 cm |
| Metres | About 1.78 m |
| Eye and hair colour | Black |
Is this exact? Not necessarily. Kushal Tanwar Height is an estimate, since celebrity heights usually come from fan sites, not official measurements. On screen, his gym-built frame makes him look broad and strong, which fits the “Gullu Boxer” tag.
How Many Shows Kushal Tanwar Won
This is where Gullu’s story gets truly fun. He has won three major reality shows .Asking How Many Shows Kushal Tanwar Won gets you a clean, impressive answer: a reported hat-trick of titles.
| Show | Result | Key Facts |
|---|---|---|
| Maa Hai Na (Season 1) | Winner | Won with his mother, Munesh Tanwar |
| MTV Roadies XX: Double Cross (2025) | Winner | Won ₹10 lakh and a Hero Karizma XMR bike |
| MTV Splitsvilla X6 / Splitsvilla 16 (2026) | Joint winner with Kaira Anu | ₹20 lakh prize for the winning pair |
Maa Hai Na. Gullu and his mother emerged as the winners of season one. A mother-son trophy is a charming flex. Imagine the dinner-table talk afterwards.
Roadies XX: Double Cross. In this one, Gullu was in Elvish Yadav’s gang. The path wasn’t smooth. He was knocked out first, then returned as a wild card in Gautam Gulati’s gang. In the finale he faced a big choice, since he could have switched sides. Instead, he went back to Elvish’s gang, which left Gautam heartbroken and fans stunned. He then finished the final task in 1 minute 16 seconds and beat Hartaaj Singh Gill.
Splitsvilla X6. Because the show’s final result is public, this is the most reliable part of his profile. It’s also why he’s called a rare “trophy collector” in reality TV circles.
Kushal Tanwar Splitsvilla: The Win That Made Him a Household Name
If Roadies made people respect Gullu, Kushal Tanwar Splitsvilla made them obsess over him.
In the Splitsvilla X6 grand finale on May 16, 2026, Gullu and his partner Kaira Anu were declared winners. The pair beat runners-up Yogesh Rawat and Ruru Thakur and took home ₹20 lakh. The show was hosted by Karan Kundrra and Sunny Leone.
Why did fans love it? Because Gullu played it like a Roadies champ in a dating show. Strong in tasks, loud with his opinions, loyal when it counted. That mix of muscle and mischief is rare, and viewers noticed.
Kushal Tanwar Gullu Bigg Boss 20: The Latest Chapter
Yes, he entered Bigg Boss 20. Rumours came first. Before the premiere, outlets reported he was among the names expected to enter Bigg Boss 20, and the season was scheduled to premiere on September 6, 2026. The reports proved right, and Kushal Tanwar Gullu Bigg Boss 20 is now a trending topic.
The show is hosted by Salman Khan and airs nightly on Colors TV and streams 24/7 on JioHotstar. Reports say 16 housemates are in the house.
Gullu’s early weeks have been busy. He’s formed a close friendship with TV actor Kanika Mann, whom he fondly calls “Chaudhran”. Fellow housemates think it might be more than friendship, but Gullu says he thinks of Kanika as a good friend and there’s nothing one-sided about it.
Is Kushal Tanwar Married?
He is not married now. But it’s complicated, and the story has changed.
This is the biggest drama in his profile, so let me lay it out in order.
Step 1: The rumour. In 2025, wedding pictures first surfaced online during his Splitsvilla 16 stint. They came back in September 2026 when he entered the Bigg Boss house. Some online users claimed that, since Gullu is a Gujjar, he was married off in his early 20s.
Step 2: The first denial. Earlier, Gullu told reporters the photo was fake or fabricated, and various outlets reported he said he was not married.
Step 3: The Bigg Boss confession. Then things changed. Inside the Bigg Boss 20 house, Gullu opened up about a short marriage. One report says he revealed he got divorced after four to six months of marriage. Another says he walked away after about four and a half to five months, formally ending the relationship in 2024.
So, if you’re asking Is Kushal Tanwar Married today, the best answer is: reportedly no, he is divorced.
Why did he hide it? According to a report, he feared public ridicule and societal backlash. He also reportedly talked about family pressure to stay in the marriage, and said he held his ground.
Kushal Tanwar Wife: Is There One?
No current wife is publicly known.
The phrase Kushal Tanwar Wife pulls a lot of searches, but the facts are thin. As of now:
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Does he have a wife today? | No, reported as divorced |
| Is a wife’s name public? | No |
| Any wife photos confirmed? | Not by official sources |
| Did he address it himself? | Yes, in Bigg Boss 20 |
Kushal Tanwar Ex Wife: What the Record Shows
Let’s keep this section short and respectful.
Searching Kushal Tanwar Ex Wife brings up lots of speculation and few facts. What’s confirmed, based on Gullu’s own words as reported:
- The marriage lasted only a few months.
- It ended formally, reportedly in 2024.
- His family urged him to compromise, but he chose to part ways.
- He said the secret stayed hidden because he feared how people would react.
Kushal Tanwar Girlfriend: Kaira, Kanika and the Rumour Mill
Short answer: no confirmed girlfriend right now.
For Kushal Tanwar Girlfriend, the story has three names to know.
Kaira Anu. Gullu’s Splitsvilla X6 partner and co-winner, a dental hygienist by profession. Many fans shipped them hard. Some earlier reports said he was reportedly dating Kaira. But other reports say the two never officially confirmed they were dating after Splitsvilla 16, and now describe her as his ex-girlfriend.
Kanika Mann. His Bigg Boss 20 housemate. Fans love their chemistry, but Gullu says they’re friends, and Kanika herself said she doesn’t want a love angle around her. Until Gullu names a partner himself, treat every “girlfriend” headline as unconfirmed.
Kushal Tanwar Net Worth: The Honest Answer
No verified number exists for Kushal Tanwar Net Worth.
Searching Kushal Tanwar Net Worth gives wildly different guesses. I won’t add one more made-up figure. One profile says plainly that his exact net worth is not publicly available, with income coming mainly from reality show winnings and brand deals.
Here’s what we know about his money sources:
| Income Source | What We Know |
|---|---|
| Roadies XX prize | ₹10 lakh plus a Hero Karizma XMR bike |
| Splitsvilla X6 prize | ₹20 lakh, won as a pair with Kaira Anu |
| Bigg Boss 20 fees | Not public |
| YouTube channel (started 2024) | Earnings not public |
| Brand deals and social media | Not public |
| Maa Hai Na | Prize not confirmed |
Notice the Splitsvilla prize was shared by the winning couple, so you can’t count the full ₹20 lakh as his. Prize money also faces tax and deductions. That’s why simple “add it all up” net worth claims fall apart quickly.
Conclusion
Let’s wrap this up like a good Roadies finale: fast and clean.
